Terms of Service

These terms cover engagements between Close and its clients. Projects begin after a free strategy session and a written scope. Setup fees may be split into two payments.

Guarantee

If your launched site and AI systems do not generate a qualified inbound lead within seven days of going live, the setup fee is waived. Qualified lead criteria are agreed in writing before work starts.

Ownership

You own your domain and the delivered website content. Third-party platform licences remain with their providers.

Cancellation

Monthly plans have no long-term contract and may be cancelled any time after the first three months with 30 days' notice.
